Balloons N Party made a fantastic 21st Birthday Balloon Bouquet for my son. He was so surprised when the Balloon Bouquet arrived at our house. This helped make his 21st birthday celebration even more special as he was not able to go out and celebrate with friends because of social distancing. Matt and Celini are an amazing team! I was in charge of the decor for a Grand Opening celebration. I called 4 different balloon companies, and they either did not pick-up, did not call me back, or were unable to meet my requests. Celini was friendly and professional from the beginning to end. Due to the recent rain storms in OC, Celini and Matt scheduled a meeting with me to do a walk-through of the facility to come up with Plan B, in case we received heavy rain on the day of our event. This definitely put my mind at ease, knowing that we had an alternate plan.

On the day of the event, Matt and Celini delivered exactly what I had envisioned. They were detailed in every step of the set-up to make sure the “Champagne Celebration” was arched perfectly; that the 100 ceiling balloons with diferent colors were spread evenly at the entrance, and that the “Confetti Balloons” were tied at the correct height. The beauty of the balloons created the festive ambiance for an unforgettable Grand Opening celebration. Thank you so very much Matt and Celini!!!
